This is the first time I have compiled my rock collection, this image shows what I could fit on to the table. My collecting criteria has changed since I started collecting. It used to be about crystals, fossils and semi-precious stones. My collection now is made up of volcanic rocks, concrete conglomerates, footpath fragments, social fragments and fakes.
Certain friends, after showing them my collection, have gifted me stones from their own collections. Or have brought stones back from their overseas trips.
